Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile debtor and creditor accounts
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and collections
- Prepare statements and reports
- Assist with month-end procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding queries
- Receptionist and adhoc admin duties
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1-2 years experience in working with Debtors and Creditors
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Evolve/ADP/Kerridge knowledge will be an advantage
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
