Core Responsibilities
• Lead, inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Executives to achieve, and exceed, sales targets.
• Drive new vehicle sales performance while maximizing departmental profitability and market share.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM representatives, and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Department to maximize finance penetration, value-added product sales, and overall dealership profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

• Proven experience in successfully leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Sound administrative and computer literacy skills.
• Previous experience within the automotive industry will be a distinct advantage.
• Valid South African driver's license.
