Step 1: Do You Have an Image Ready?

This is our image design request process. If a dealer requests a special and you do not yet have an image, or you need a new design, start here.

How the Ad Design Process works

You’ll submit the details needed for the design team.
Once your design is ready, you can move on to uploading the special.

Submit a New Design Request

If you have already uploaded a special to the website, proceed to Step 2

If you already have an image (either from the design team or one you created), the next step is to load it, along with the offer details, onto the website.

Step 2: Ongoing Tasks & Management

This is where you can see all the design requests that have been submitted in the past. You can review, approve, or check the status of existing requests.

Review or Approve Design Requests

Once an image is ready (or you already had one), you may have created a draft special offer. This link lets you see all drafts and publish them to the live site.

After specials are published, you can view them here, make any updates, or remove expired offers.
